We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team full-time on-site. The ideal candidate will offer legal advice, conduct thorough research, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in various legal matters related to Personal Injury Law.
👉 Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients
- Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies
- Negotiate settlements effectively
- Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings related to Personal Injury Law
👉 Qualifications
- 👩💻 Minimum of 3 years of experience handling various Personal Injury cases
- 💁♂️ Experience in Criminal Law is a plus
- 🎓 Proficient in legal advice and research
- 🤱 Strong negotiation skills
- 🚀 In-depth knowledge of Personal Injury Law
- 📣 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 🤼 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- 👩🎓 Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- 👨⚖️ Admission to the Florida Bar
- 👨💻 Available to work on-site
- 👨💻 Being bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
